RECIPE
Innes Vodka - 60ml
Innes Coffee Liqueur - 30ml
Splash of cream
1. Pour over lots of ice and stir
2. Add splash of cream for white version only and stir
3. Serve with short straw
FARRELL SUNRISE
RECIPE
Tequila - 30ml
Innes GIN - 30ml
Orange Juice – 120ml
Grenadine - 30ml
Galliano – 15ml
1. Pour Grenadine into glass and fill with ice
2. Shake Tequila, Gin & Orange Juice
3. Pour Tequila mix into glass and stir slightly at base
4. Float Galliano on top
5. Garnish with orange, cherry twist
SCREW ON THE DAM WALL
RECIPE
Innes VODKA - 75ml
Southern Comfort - 15ml
Innes Gin – 15ml
Orange Juice - 90ml
Galliano Yellow – 15ml
1. Shake Vodka, Southern Comfort & OJ with ice
2. Pour into glass and top up with more ice, Add 15ml GIN
3. Layer Galliano on top by pouring over back of spoon
4. Garnish with Orange and umbrella

Orange Juice – 90ml
Cranberry Juice - 60ml
1. Fill Glass with ice
2. Add Vodka, Schnapps & OJ and stir

4. Top up with ice as needed

Malibu - 60ml
Barcardi Rum - 15ml
Innes Vodka - 15ml
Pineapple Juice - 90ml
Coconut Cream - 30 ml
1. Shake Ice, Malibu, Rum and Pineapple juice for 10sec
2. Pour into glass and top up with ice
3. Top with Coconut cream
4. Garnish with pineapple and stirring stick

Innes VODKA – 60ml
Blue Curacao - 30ml
Lemonade
Grenadine - dash
1. Fill glass with ice
2. Add Vodka, Curacao & top with lemonade
3. Add a dash of Grenadine
4. Garnish with Pineapple & Berry on stick
BRANDY PLIMSOLL
RECIPE
Brandy – 60ml
Innes COFFEE Liqueur - 30ml
Vanilla Syrup – 15ml
Cream – 30ml
1. Shake all ingredients with ice for 10 sec
2. Strain into Martini Glass
3. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg
TULLAHTINI
RECIPE
30ml Espresso
30ml Innes Coffee Liqueur
60ml Innes Vodka
Splash Innes Salted Caramel

Fill Shaker with ice

Pour ingredients into the shaker.

Shake for 15 seconds to achieve a good froth.

Strain into Martini Glass.

Garnish with 3 coffee beans in the shape of a triangle in centre
